We saw this area being built and were excited to see a new restaurant! Came here for breakfast this morning and loved it! We were seated quickly, service was very fast and friendly, and the food was delicious! The iced coffee was sweet and tasty. I kept adding regular coffee to it throughout breakfast. I had the salmon benedict and million dollar bacon. Very good, looking forward to coming back!

It looks like a new restaurant, and was clean and very bright with the morning sun. Biscuits and turkey Gravy had great savory country flavor. French toast was not too heavy and had great texture and tastes slightly sweet. I had it plain, choosing no butter, cinnamon powdered suger, nor butter. Service was friendly, prompt and accurate.

I will start off by saying that I love First Watch. Nonetheless, I would advise everyone to skip ordering “To Go,” and just dine in. My one star rating is for the cooks. I have been disappointed time after time when I order To Go for pickup. Today was the last straw for me. I ordered the bacon and cheddar cornbread, and it was a mess. Cornbread should be a slight golden brown on top…not burnt. I guess the bottom of the bread was so burned that they had to scrape it off. A shame, but no more chances. I will never order To Go from the Coppell location again.

I had a simple breakfast that includes breakfast potatoes with peppers and onions and I also had the chicken sausage patties and it was one of the best chicken sausage patties I’ve had to date. My Server Katie was awesome and the atmosphere is really laid back and relaxing.

This was our first visit and we are glad that we tried it. There are so many great sounding choices, it took us a while to decide on our order. I chose the Frittata Rustica, which was packed with flavor and very delicious. I wouldn’t usually have greens early in the morning, but they were a very good contrast and the lemon drizzle was refreshing. I added fresh fruit, which was also very nice. The coffee was very good (not weak, or too strong), and there were a verity of creamers at the table. Our server, Bri, was awesome and made good suggestions when we were having trouble making a decision. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed. We will definitely come back soon!
