My bestie and I decided to come out and celebrate a special occasion today. We went around lunch time and decided to sample some of the new offerings on the Summer Menu. I had the Lone Star Brisket Hash while we shared an order of the Bacon Cheddar Cornbread, a Carrot Cake pancake and the Watermelon Wake-Up, and she had the Smoked Salmon Benedict (not pictured).

Hubby and I have been trying different diners lately. Trying to find the go to breakfast spot. First Watch was definitely a pleasant surprise. Good variety of menu options; lots of healthy options was a plus. Will be back soon!

We got there just in time! It seemed busy when we got there (9:30ish), but we were seated immediately. When we left, there were people inside and outside waiting to be seated (10:30ish). I had the market skillet and a million dollar bloody mary. My eggs were over hard instead of easy, but it was still delicious!

Last time I had First Watch was in NC with family. They are definitely popular and good on food. Portion is good and I’d recommend them.

This particular location of First Watch is my favorite. I have been to most of the locations, however this one has the best atmosphere overall. Like most people I dont like to wait, so I like that they have a first come first serve section that is an indoor/outdoor bar area that you can walk to and seat yourself. During the warm months it features a garage style window that opens up and offers a nice breeze and warm weather.

This First Watch location is one of their best. Consistently good food and service. Best secret about managing the waitlist? Google search them and click “Join Waitlist” and you’re set! Enjoy

very loud when it’s busy. Food was okay. Not amazing nor bad. Portions are smaller compared to some restaurants, that may not be a bad thing. Tried the pomegranate sunrise. It was pretty yummy. CAn be a wait on the weekends, so bring patience.
