Your glassware STINKS! We had to ask for a second set of water glasses because they smelled like swamp water/dirty rag and the second set of glasses smelled the same. They were small juice glasses and they came from behind the bar. I saw other patrons around me with normal size water glasses with ice in them even – why did so many people around me get ice water in appropriate sized glasses will I was given stinky tiny glassware? It was so gross I felt uncomfortable ordering and eating food but my partner loves First Watch so I tried to play along. I ordered a cereal milk cocktail. It was watery and pre made. The glass bottle it was served in had a dirty cap. The walls next to the table we sat at had brown blobs on them like customers were wiping their fingers on the wall. I ordered biscuits and gravy. Gravy was watery and bland, biscuits were hard, dense, and dark on the bottom. The larger potatoes were undercooked, not fork tender. I did not finish my meal. Prices were high for food I found unpleasant and a drink I did not finish – I gave it to my partner. He was surprised when I told him it was alcoholic. One would never know based on the way it tasted. Service was fine. Building is loud and echoes a lot. I have no interest in returning.

When I tried this place for the first time a couple weeks ago, the food was amazing. So much so I decided to go ahead and order again from them. Grits were terrible, and extremely over cooked this time which it a real disappointment since this was really what nailed the hammer for me my first experience. Cornbread is super dark on the outside and dry on the inside – bacon was so crispy you couldn’t chew it. Another item I got the first time that I thought would be a favorite. Won’t be ordering again from here through to go – we’ll stick to our other breakfast place that the quality is consistent. Spending over $40 on this meal was extremely disappointing. As a fellow restaurant manager who rarely makes a complaint – consistency in food is a priority.

Oh. My. Gosh! Highly recommend this restaurant….I had the most delicious salad with warm honey pecan dressing and 1/2 sandwich made with the most amazing bread! Will definitely be back again and would love to try everything in the menu. Yum!

High ratings across the board always have great service. Great food. The atmosphere is amazing and did I say great food. Everything tastes extremely fresh and I don’t feel extremely tired when I leave with a full belly. I highly recommend the blueberry pancake and the fruit cup. It also has blackberries in it. Amazing!

It’s a very popular and busy restaurant. The food is good and the service is good as well. It’s a clean environment and is reasonably priced.

This was our first visit to First Watch and we did not know what to expect. For lunch time on a Sunday the walk in wait was 30 minutes, not bad but you can always check in ahead of time online. The atmosphere is very fun, loud but not overbearing and the staff was all very helpful and friendly. The food came out quickly and was very good quality. I would recommend anyone to try this restaurant and we will be back for sure!

Wow! What a find! Driving around Medina looking for a place for three vegetarians to have brunch, we didn’t expect much. First Watch blew us away. From fresh squeezed juices to freshly imagined standards, we had a meal to remember. The patio seating only added to the atmosphere.

The food has always been wonderful, every time! The place is cute. And service is great, but as always in any restaurant, when I see the tables being cleaned, it is just never how it would be done at home. Wiping over a surface with a wet cloth doesn’t make it clean. Not specific to this place, it’s everywhere. It is also quite loud here! Doesn’t stop us from coming back, but it’s just so cafeteria sounding. Again, I’ll go back! Just wish it were a bit more peaceful while dining.
