Have visited & eaten here several times in past for lunch and had always been very pleased & would have done a 4-5 rating. This visit was for breakfast/brunch and I was very disappointed. I ordered the “healthy, egg white turkey omelet” *NOTE I asked that it please be done with the whole eggs. Rather that a fluffy omelet, I basically got 2 flattened overly fried, dry, rubbery eggs with the ingredients between the flipped over two eggs, with chopped “luncheon turkey” that tasted like “refrigerator”; the roasted potatoes were seriously undercooked & the fresh tomato side was unripe that I feel should not have been served. Possibly the cook mistook the request (whole eggs) vs. What I meant, but also did explain to our server, I wanted this as normal omelet with the yolks. They are pricey (all restaurants are now), I expected far better. I will only briefly comment on my husband’s omelet, which was a normal off the menu and I only had a bite of his; which I also found to be rather dry & rubbery. Should have taken photos. If you go the $1M Bacon is a try item & very good! Lunch items have not been a disappointment in the past & they have nice fresh juices & signature cocktails.

I love coming to this place. The staff are really nice and they have the best grilled cheeses in nocatee. They also are usually not busy like rush hour busy often but on holidays consider making a reservation because they can get jam packed. That’s how good it is. I honestly think this first watch should have more than 3.9 stars I highly recommend eating here with family

They have gone way down on food quality. Service was slow. Took along time to get food. Was not how we ordered it. Still can’t make a poached egg. Need to improve their game. Otherwise someone else needs to take over this space.

If I could do a “0”star review I would. We were so excited of this rest opening. Tried 3 times always FULL, cold food, 40+min wait for eggs and pancakes. But First Watch Nocatee DROPPED the ball when your waitresses and manager confiscated a “REAL” ID from my daughters on her Birthday!!! We felt this as an act of racism because of the ID being out of state and of course because the girl accent and innocence. She couldn’t even finish her food. Long story short , the police had to come over with a special agent to confirm the validity of the ID. Definitely NOT recommended and Definitely NOT coming back.

Very disappointed. Party of 5 adults and 1 child arrived and checked in. Followed up once after waiting longer than predicted and was told our table was being cleared. Waited longer until I asked the host to show our place on his list. We were not there. I believe a new, larger, party came in and were given the table being cleared and we were taken off the list. We stood for too long and no one bothered to ask why we were standing there. When asked what happened, the seater only wanted to complain about too few tables for 6. Later, had to ask for silverware after food was brought out, and then had to ask twice. Service is totally unacceptable. Manager was told about the problem but only had a few weak words of apology. Food was good, thought. For the time it took, we will probably spend it driving to Canopy next time!

Food is always great at first watch. But this location was not great all. The wait for food was ridiculously long. I understand it was Saturday at 1230pm. But it took over 45 mins for my food to come. When it did arrive it was cold. Smh. In addition they were out of their specials.

Went there on a Saturday morning (4 adults) about 0930. Seated right away. Server was professional & courteous (don’t remember his name but my table mates said he looked like Russell Wilson (Broncos player)).

ISSUE RESOLVED from my previous comment: Thanks to Brittany for finding my cup. Brittany called me and went above and beyond to find my belonging. I truly appreciate it. I wish this was my experience from the beginning, but unfortunately this doesn’t change what I went through. Thanks Again Brittany.

First visit today. Food was really good and fresh. Staff super friendly. Waitress Katiya was REALLY good too and we had 17 people in our party! Only downside was that it took forever for our food…like an hour after we put our order in. But they were slammed and we had a lot of people with us so I’d go again. With less people!
