Great piece of Winston Salem! We are definitely a mini food mecca and places like this show you why. It’s made with real ingredients, and it’s made to perfection. All the good we had actually had flavor and its own unique taste which is not always the case with all places. It’s also amazing that they rotate new items in and out. The service was additionally great and even other staff were attentive to us, it’s a great place to bring kids and a warm environment that reminds you that good food and good vibes are just around the corner.

I drove there to try their shrimp and grits. They don’t serve it anymore! Bummer. I ordered skillet hash with over medium eggs. The eggs came completely cooked and the potatoes were too salty. The tangerine drink was good though. The servers were good. The food, not so much.

Second time eating here and we are so satisfied. Today we had French Toast (brioche) and the Roast Beef with Havarti. The grains in the bread meshed so well with the arugula/lemon salad, horseradish and the plentiful, thinly sliced meat. We felt nourished as we finished with fresh fruit. The service is amazing too, very friendly and helpful. First Watch is definitely my favorite hidden gem in Clemmons.

Our brunch was absolutely delicious and the customer service was amazing. Rob, our server, was great, I had the Floridian French Toast with delicious hot syrup, that’s right it was perfect in temp. The raspberry preserves and fresh fruit were amazing. I highly recommend this place for a nice brunch. Check in online is a plus.

I’m going to focus on the food here. I wish I had taken a picture!!! However, it’s ALL gone. I have never had a bad meal here. My nutritionist recommended avocado toast as part of my diet. Normally, I’m not a huge fan of it. But, let me share the chef on 8/28/23 morning made such a perfect meal. The toast was perfect not too dry. The avocado was creamy and chunky and my poached eggs were absolutely perfection. I mean textbook perfection. I think you should know! You will get quality food here in the Clemmons First Watch. The staff are friendly and kind. This is what you want for your morning experience. It’s busy, and noisy. People still bring their screaming children to a small public place ( shame on you!!!) that’s life though. Come early and avoid the obtuse parents

I was really impressed by the service here above all else, so whatever management is doing is working – good job! It’s been rare lately to get good service anywhere, so I definitely plan to spend my money at places that appreciate their customers. The food was also impressive. We had cocktails, a seasonal punch, a cinnamon roll, and entrees which were all delicious. Thank you for a great experience that enhanced our Sunday quality time together instead of being disappointing.

This place is absolutely amazing. I was seated extremely quickly, the place was clean, the service was amazing, the food was both health and delicious.
