The architectural environment of the building is fabulous. The pizza, salads and Gelato are delicious. The staff seem to be very abrasive at times and can be heard talking about inappropriate things and swearing from the kitchen. It’s really quite sad because other than that, it’s a great place to eat. They need to work on a more respectful environment.

I simply loved Firo Pizza. If my metabolism worked faster, I would eat there at least 3 times a week:) Firo Fire Kissed Pizza checks all the boxes. Amazing service with a smile, the price is not overly expensive, and the Pizza is freaking exceptional. Nice Job Firo:)

Staff was very friendly but that was all. The pizza had no flavor and the bottoms was completely burnt. Was hoping for something good and different with the choice they had, but it was a total let down.

This pizza is not good. It was one of my favorite pizza places in McKinney. I ordered a pizza that had missing toppings and seven small pieces of cheese. I thought the order was a mix up, and asked an employee what type of pizza it was. She said it was the type I ordered and I pointed out the missing basil just to make a point that it wasn’t. She offered to add some basil and completely missed the point that the pizza was terribly made.

Ordered two pepperoni and onion pizzas from Uber. Neither pizza had onion and there were slices of pizza that didn’t even have a piece of pepperoni on it. When I order pepperoni I expect the restaurant to put some pepperoni on each piece. Six pieces of pepperoni isn’t adequate. I will say that I really like the crust

Truly enjoyed the pizzas as it’s a similar model to Chipotle. You can choose from 6 different types of pizza or customize your own pizza and salad.

Luv this place pizza is on point. Ingredients are fresh and the crust is awesome. I usually won’t eat the edges of a pizza, but I do at this place. And you get your money’s worth in food. The only thing I haven’t tried is their Gelato, but it looks awesy

Had been on my list and I regret not visiting sooner. Enjoyed the pepperoni, a Chicken Alfredo and the Primos (sweet)… They were delicious. Loved the crust, a little buttery but no overpowering. The Chicken Alfredo was just right. It was a sweet surprise on the Primo. Definitely going back, and now with a movie theater nearby, a new favorite.

I love places like Grimaldi’s and Cavali’s but those pizzas are expensive. Worth it but expensive. Firo is as good if not better and a third of the price. Date night – small salad and primo pizza with gelato for dessert is a perfect meal for the two of you at about $20. You can build both the salad and pizza to your liking. Great family atmosphere as well. Going back tonight to meet friends.
