Visited 4/14/23 our server was Leo T. We were a group of 9. He was great until A group of 7 set next to us. How can a server cater to 16 people. It was overwhelming. He is the cook, The bus boy, And the waiter. Not all of us got refills, We were told we had 20 minutes left of are allotted 90 minutes. The rice was warm and not hot, It’s best to season the meat while it is cooking, The only vegetable is the salad with the toppings,

I had a wonderful time at Firepan kbbq. They were very helpful with helping me figure out how to work the grills and cook the meat. I was grateful because it was my first time having kbbq and my server made sure I felt safe and confident in grilling my meet. I also loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, high ceiling and tall windows let a lot of natural light in. As for the food itself, it was sooooo good. Nothing like freshly cooked meat.

Restaurant is mediocre, staff is nice but food is not worth the price I paid. Brisket is cut too thin making it look like dried chicken brains. Photo attached below. Steamed egg gave me a stomach ache I had to run to the bathroom. I asked for shrimp tempura roll the rice was mushy, assumed they cooked it with too much water. This is my second time here first time was alright wanted to try it again but after this I will not be coming back.

I did not expect the bar at a kbbq place to be much but this felt like any of the best sports bars I’ve been too and the food is great. You can really tell that the meat is full of flavor and was marinated well. They told me the patio will be open this summer!

LATE REVIEW: I recommend this location! For starters I want to apologize to the staff for my whining toddler. I was here last November 2022 for a birthday dinner. The location is okay but the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! Our waitress tried everything to help, I wanted to leave but the birthday girl and family wanted us to stay. I tried to work through the noisy toddler. Attentive, options and all round service was top-notch. The food we cooked was great, and wait staff kept up with our large group. I recommend this for pre-teens and up. If you are looking for options for a date night this is the spot! We will be back but WITHOUT the kids!

Happy to have a close by Korean BBQ place to eat at. The food was delicious, service was amazing. Every new restaurant has to find their footing and I can tell soon they will find there’s. It was only day 2 since they opened, I love that treated all the guest to one round of beer or house wine. Though they lacked servers at first, the assistant manager Bernard was amazing! He was everywhere from the hostess desk, to making food, to taking orders and more. He didn’t rush us, he helped us make a decision and checked on us throughout. The all you can eat was nicely priced compared to other places we have been. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, the decor and music was so fun. Loved that they had KPOP music videos playing all around the restaurant. We left very full and very happy. We will definitely come back!
