The BEST Firehouse Subs I have ever visited. I can’t say enough about the quality of the food, staff and family owned atmosphere. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is impeccably clean and organized and I can’t say enough about the quality of the food. My daughter had the Italian and she is a little picky and it came exactly as she ordered, I had the Brisket and it melted in my mouth with tenderness and flavor. Just can’t say enough about this Firehouse. Thank you for a great experience.

Friendly enough staff..Cheese steak wasn’t very good not much meat and hardly any cheese. Husband’s smoke house brisket and cheddar had no cheddar. I think they were both supposed to come with pickles. There were none.

My family and I ordered 3 med hero sub combos. The nice gentleman who took are order gave us 3 cups. We filled up the drinks for the first time ever I have been to a freestyle machine where they had every drink and flavor stocked! From the start I felt like this was going to be great! However another nice gentleman walked over and handed us our food we failed to check the order inside we had a leap of faith that someone could bag 3 subs with 3 sides. Unfortunately when we arrived home we where missing a sub we immediately called the store and told them we where missing a sub or maybe they forgot to ring it in and the person on the phone was so rude and said we got everything we paid for. The total of what we paid was 47$ but apparently you can buy a combo without a sandwich. The nice gentleman who took are order said it was supposed to be 3 sandwiches but the manager or whoever he was told us to buy one even though we paid for it. We left our house to go back to the store to get a sandwich and we just wanted him to ring in the order to see if we paid for 3 sandwiches or not if we didn’t we where just going to buy one but the manager or whoever was just so rude and literally stole our money. The nice gentleman who took our order literally told the man we ordered 3 sandwiches this place has great food. Terrible at fixing situations and making things right. I will not be back.

Stopped here from out of town after Legoland. I’ve been to plenty of Firehouse Subs locations and my cousin and I both said it was the best sub from a Firehouse we’ve had. I got the veggie and she had a hook & ladder. Service was great too, we witnessed a complaint from another patron who wasn’t very kind and they remade their sub for them no problem. Said patron even went up and complained to another staff member for no reason after his issue was solved and we had seen the first employee handle it well. We thought everyone was great and would happily eat here again.

Sandwiches were PERFECT! The hot sauce choices are A1! They have like 30 different bottles of house u can choose from! The meat was tender, bread was good, Mac and cheese was good, chips were fresh, no complaints at all about the food! Only problem was it was $49 for me and my daughter to eat. That’s pretty steep for two sandwich meals
