Worst customer service arrived to deliver a dash and was ignored for 10 minutes while they periodically looked at me like they didn’t know why I was in their establishment- finally the cashier who was at the other side of the room asked if I needed help and told me dashers need to go to the cashier when there was clearly a sign that said dashers pickup at the main entrance waisted time wouldn’t eat there they are just a subway with a different name on the billboard –

Food was “sub”-par. Restaurant including restrooms were filthy. No soap in the dispenser, folks had relieved themselves on the floor. Manager was aware of it all. Sign said under new management. Would have hated to be there before. Prices were way out of line for product serviced. Stay away!!

So the owner wanted to charge me for little cups of captain sauce because they dont have the packets like everyone else. But the reason i gave a 2 star is because i ordered to-go and had an oatmeal raisin cookie on my order. They put a chocolate chip on their….im severely lactose so theres no eating that and no enjoying my delicious treat

The only issue is the time it takes to prepare the sandwiches, long wait. However, the sandwiches tasted great. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and mannerable. To be honest, just about every Firehouse Subs takes about the same length of time with sandwich preparation.
