We have been here several times over the last few months. Every time we have had quick service and our sammies were made correctly. On our visit last weekend my wife even made the comment, “this is one of the few places I don’t have to rebuild my sandwich as soon as I get it”.

I found a hair in my sub. The first bite I took out of it. I went back in and told the girl that made it. After it took a little while to get in the first place even though I only got a small sub. She tells one of the other workers that she said she found a hair in her sandwich and seemed like she thought I was lying even though I took it back in with me. Not happy… This is my first time to this location and not a good visit.

Went here ordered 4 subs with meals costing us $40 they made one of our sandwiches incorrectly called and told them about it and all they said was sorry about that you can bring the sandwich back and we will add the items i said i am not going to drive out of my way after i am already home to have 2 ingredients added to my sandwich yet they are the ones who made the mistake not me i ordered it right when i was on the phone with them he said yes that is how we have it rang up me yet i have to drive out of my way so they can fix their mistake instead of like asking for some info to replace the sandwich on my next visit horrible horrible customer recovery. So pretty much he was saying sorry we messed your sandwich up but there is nothing we will do unless you bring it back are you kidding me wow. I will not be returning.

Ordered 2 subs for pickup. Pickles were small and mangled. My sandwich was very unappealing and had a slimy texture to it. Ate half and threw the rest. Wife at half of hers. $20 wasted. Used to be good. Not sure what happened.

Fast, Friendly, clean, and tasty. I come here often its the same experience every time. Food usually takes about 4-7 minutes and so far its always been accurate for me and my large group of friends that I definitely have and go to lunch with regularly.
