Want to be clear that the ratings are based on how the manager handled my food order that was delivered to my job. The order was completely wrong. And we spent over $70. She treated me as if I wanted to get over and had me there for over 30 minutes. I had a copy of the correct onl8ne order, and she still made a big deal and stated out loud you can’t keep that sub we have to throw it all away. I would’ve not drove all the way back to the store when we had already paid and tipped the delivery person on an order again over 70. The way she said it was uncalled for because I never asked for it. But besides this day the staff is very friendly and they work very hard to get your order up. Even when the ac was out and it was hot .#management needs to be better

WOW, so sad! I’ve been going to firehouse in the Upstate successfully getting gluten free sandwiches since y’all started selling them. WARNING! DO NOT go here if you need gluten free! I ate here Monday, May 1st and have been very ill since then. You shouldn’t sell gluten free bread if you aren’t making any effort to avoid cross contamination. As sick as I have been, I doubt the bread was even gluten free. Won’t go back.

I’ve been to many firehouse sub places and they are always yummy and we didn’t get any less this time. However, my girlfriend order a custom sandwich with just a few ingredients on it but they added things she didn’t want on it like lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

Foods decent for a sub, but consistently order simple items for lunch just so the staff can fumble around, take care of the 5 people that come in after you, and yet STILL mess the order up.. Fire House is great, this West Ashley one is a joke.
