I order lunch here about one time a week I get pretty much the same thing the ham sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. They are very good as a takeout service. I’ve never forgotten anything I usually order from DoorDash and then I have to call them and add a few things that you can add on DoorDash and they always do it and take care of me without an issue and being kind and courteous that place inside when I have wind and it was very clean and there was many options for sandwiches, hot or cold. I would definitely recommend this to anybody in the Wesley Chapel area. This facility is definitely impressive with the staff members are very attentive

We visited the store bright and early today to get my husband a free sub for his birthday. The app was not working and it was causing some issues with the rewards system. We asked Tanika (I probably spelled that wrong – sorry) for some help. We thought we’d have to leave and come back once the app worked. However, she called us back before we walked out of the door and got another staff member to help us get the reward. We are very grateful for the customer service here and the great food. We will certainly be back to this sub location, specifically because of Tanika and her amazing customer service. The sandwich was good too!

Ordered on app. Order went through no prob, credit card was charged. No error msg Get to store. Order not done bc attendant says item is limited time and they are done for the day. So I ask for the order to be cancelled and for the receipt so I have proof I showed up so I can get refund. When is asked for rcpt he walked away saying that I didn’t get the order so I didn’t need rcpt. I asked for his name so i can reference conversation. This is when he gets snippy and I said no need to be rude… he replies I’m the rude one just for asking for information so I can get this corrected. When I told him I needed to process a refund he said that’s done independently and he doesn’t know how to do that. I need to call and get it done through my company which I suppose means the credit card company. However I have no proof other than he said she said that I did not pick up the order. This is not the first time I have problems that this particular location and this is pretty much going to be the last time I ever order from this company. Plenty of other shops to get subs from and many that are truly independent. They understand that customer service is as important as the food.

$20 for a large blt. Asked for extra bacon paid for extra bacon got 6 peices total! Called talked to manager he was asking team member who made sandwich and said she put the 8 that it comes with. Um ok…no! If it comes with 8 and a person orders and pays for extra but gets 6! Not a rocket scientist but you literally just agreed you made it wrong and did NOT put the extra. Will goto publix from now on.

My husband and I had always come to this firehouse but about the past year and a half we had stopped cause it wasn’t the same. So today we went in there to eat and already steeping inside I saw and felt and even a noticed a big difference. It felt calm not stressful peaceful and well organized new mgmt and team they were all awesome the lady manager was training taking orders and helping on the line make food as well as letting her crew know ok now let’s stock wipe down and wipe tables like she is a wonderful role model to the younger ones great job

Horrible customer service, I tried to let the store know they had an issue with their online ordering system and do to that issue the order was incorrect. The manger argued and refused to refund the order unless I drive back up a bring them the incorrect order. We ended up throwing the food out because I am allergic to one of the ingredients on the sandwiches.
