Really disappointed with this place lately. Meatballs burned, sandwiches drenched in mayo, they’ve been out of ingredients quite a bit. The meatballs tonight really did it. Frustrated that someone thought they were okay to serve.

We go here pretty regularly but this was the last time. The food quality is getting progressively worse, and the last 3 times have been very subpar. This time I got a turkey bacon ranch sub – there was no bacon and the turkey was half hot & mushy and half cold. I also had to do a rebuild as soon as I opened it because the ingredients were everywhere. I ended up not eating it all because it was so unappetizing and started wondering about whether the food had been stored properly. The restroom looked like something out of a frat house. No soap in the dispenser -it was just sitting on top. The paper towel dispenser didn’t dispense. The women’s toilet lid (in the only working bathroom) was up but it was GROSS, like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long long time. I don’t know who manages this location, but I’d guess no manager or owner has set foot in there in at least 6mo. I see they keep responding to reviews that they care about customers, but this place has been so bad for so long, if they cared, they’d have fixed it. Just lip service at this point. The way customers are dropping I see this place closing eventually. The customer service was friendly, but that’s the only thing going for it.

Everything was great until we went to use the restrooms. The men’s room was out of order and everyone was using the ladies room. It was a mess and no paper towels. When you see this you wonder how clean the rest of the restaurant is.

Stopped get lunch. The employees were polite, but the place was out of EVERYTHING. Only sodas were DIET. Out of Salami, etc… AND it was well over 80 degrees in their dining room. I MIGHT give them another chance……..

Friendly staff. The store is configured weirdly. The ham is strange, consistency of Canadian bacon; not what you put on a sandwich. They didn’t have any tomatoes, but you can’t substitute extra mayo for lack of tomatoes.

This was our first visit here and I’m not sure we’ll seek it out again any time soon . . . The sub was tasty, but decidedly not what I ordered . . . Came home to discover that it was missing the cucumbers, but still included the ham . . . when we arrived we were the only patrons, more customers arrived after, it still took 10+ minutes for a medium & a kid’s sub . . .

There was a strange large man at the cashier, his stench was absolutely unbearable ordering standing in front of him was a survivor challenge and everything about his hygiene was completely preposterous. I had a question regarding a sub to which he proceeded to get snappy with me and run that little mouth of his. He asked my son and I what our super powers would be if we could choose one, and then proceeded to give us reasons on why it was the wrong sub. If this man is working at the register, RUN!

We ordered two meatball subs on a Wednesday evening, it did not appear to be overly busy but it was dinner time. It took a WHOLE HOUR AND HALF to get our food. Only one of the staff members behind the counter was preparing food, while the other two were on their phones and were rude to customers who tried to speak to them. The young lady told us they had to make more meatballs and that another staff member was preparing them but it was evident that they were not preparing the food and that this one staff member was the only one actually working to fill orders. The most we were offered was a free bag of chips with our food, I would have asked for a discount or even refund given how long we waited but we felt bad for the lady who was actually working, she appeared to be on the brink of tears because of the stress. Many unhappy customers while we were there especially since they were running out of product, and instead of communicating that with customers, they just made sandwiches with missing ingredients. This was a really horrible restaurant experience, especially for what we thought would be semi fast takeout. Do not plan to come back.

I’m a big fan of firehouse but this location has just been getting worse. Ordered the steak and cheese. The sub was sitting in a pool of juices making the bread fall apart. Soda machines both marked out of service, lucky I had my own bottled water to drink. This is a low quality location.
