Absolute GARBAGE customer service. We placed an online order. Got there about 5 mins early. We waited by the online order shelf patiently for the food to be done (keep in mind i placed this order an hour out.) The pickup time expired so I went in front of the counter and waited for someone to ask if I needed anything and nobody did (they were busy making food.) So I went into line to ask the lady at the register what the status of order was. I finally made it to the register and she looked miserable, didn’t even greet me or ask me what I needed. So I told her I was here for my pickup order. She told me check my phone if I ordered online. I told her it said they would call me when it was ready, but the pickup time was now 10 mins behind then she proceeded to point towards the online order pickup and told me to check there for it. I was like okay, I need to order drinks because I forgot to order them online and proceeds to tell me, “yeah they all do.” Once I was ordering drinks I wold her I was having trouble with the app and then she continues to bash the app telling me how it’s really bad and nobody ever does anything to fix it and they released it without testing anything. To be honest this is up there with the worst experience I have had in a restaurant. I cant honestly say I’ll be going back. I think Jimmy John’s and Jersey Mikes will be getting my service from now on. It’s a shame because the food is so good but the employees or miserable and rude.

I’m not from the area and ordered online for takeout. After I paid I was offered a link to open Google maps for directions. I followed the directions and was taken to a farm 18 minutes from the restaurant. Guys in the store said there was nothing they could do even after I showed them what happened. Contacted corporate and never received a response. Reheated the sandwich myself in a hotel room and it was all bread and swimming in mayo.

The staff is the rudest ive EVER experienced… period. They treat military families so awful. You ask the gal a question and she either ignores you or rolls her eyes. One might expect that from a teen or 20 year old but from a lady in her 40s no. My staff will never be back. I would rate a negative if possible. Plus they messed up with the order.

Slow subways subs way better prices are way to high I can go get a sub 12 inch for 10 dollars yens charge me 10 dollars for tiny 6 inch sub I could hardly understand the employee no hair nets on no gloves on took 15 mins to get my sub I go to subway it’s done in 5 mins

For chain subs establishments, Firehouse is the better of the bunch. Tasty and comes out warmed. Sides are a bit lame and I wish they used a higher quality cold cut. And with a combo, you’re easily over $10, which is a bit much for a quick lunch. Staff is friendly and tables are clean, even when busy. But not a bad choice.

First time at this location and definitely my last. Walked in with my boyfriend. I was first. Went to place my order and the guy acted like I wasn’t even standing there and that my boyfriend was to speak for me. Very rude. Once I started to speak up, because this isn’t the 1940s and I can order my own good he got cocky and had an attitude. Food was good and was done quickly but nope will not be back.
