Good food. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. They scored 100 on their last health department inspection, which I love. But the customer service is the best part. The employees are always friendly and welcoming, and on my last visit, I accidentally left my purse hanging on the back of a chair. They got it and put it up for me and made sure it was safe until I could come back to pick it up. Thanks, y’all!

staff was friendly, ordered daily sub which was a med meatball sub, have ordered same sandwich from same location on several occasions with no issues, so disappointing that I had to leave review, meatballs looked like they had been in the warmer all day never being stirred, turned, or rolled around, 1/3 of each meatballs was almost burnt black, extremely dried out and sandwich looked almost pre-made hours prior to my order, pic posted was how i received sandwich, cut in half, dry, burnt, and old! Extremely disappointing sandwich, only able to eat top portion of meatballs ( after removing the plastic oh I mean “cheese”)

Terrible Customer Service. Ordered two sandwiches with reward points that have been accruing every Monday…The store lost the order and did not send a confirmation email. I lost my reward points and did not get my order. Customer service was pitiful, and could not be more unprofessional.

For the price you would think they could at least keep an order straight. Overall the Steak Sub tasted pretty good but nothing above par for a sub chain. Lobby was a bit sloppy even for a lunch hour.

Wish I could give zero stars. I eat firehouse subs in many towns. I love the food and I like the cause. But this was joke. Subs were all bread no meat. (NY steamers) and the pickle tasted like it was bathed in some horrible chemical. Ordered a salad with ranch. The little ranch container is about 1/3 of what you would need for a salad this size. Terrible branch of firehouse subs. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered small sandwich just to try it cashier told me it was only 4 inches and I told her that was fine because I was ordering another sandwich. I get home a I have 2 medium sandwiches check the ticket and she put order in wrong. Like it’s so hard to take order or small sub ?!? And why you questioning my order when I ask for small.
