Tonight I recieved the worst sandwich of my entire life at this location. Literally only two pieces of onion. It’s soggy. Ridiculously small amount of meat. The bread isn’t even sliced evenly. I am so disappointed with this location right now. Typically it’s pretty consistent but tonight is appalling. This was a complete waste of money.

Outside of the rude and disrespectful cashier taking orders, the food is always on point. My husband and I met for lunch here. We have been here several times and it is one of our favorite places to eat. We usually only eat at this location if he is working in the area. I was running a few minutes behind him so I had him to go ahead and order our food. Well while he was placing our order he told the cashier that he wanted my sub to come with chili. And the cashier responded in a very condescending manner, “So you wanna make it a combo” and he said yes. Well she then mumbled under her breath but loud enough to be heard “I just asked you that”. Wow!!! So this is how Firehouse trains their employees to interact with their customers? He was very upset but managed to handle it properly buy counteracting with kindness instead of more rudeness. The old him would have said “F&@k it!!” And we would have eaten some place else.

Love the food!! It’s so Good!! Christian gave us mask to put on at the front counter before we ordered. Ordered 50.00 dollars worth of food. Everything hook and ladder Lg Italian med hook and ladder med Bbq beef brisket and side salad with ranch which was not good. Ranch needs i improvement All combos. I went back and order a large NY Steamer which is on the mountain!! The manager Christian of is not freindly he has a hatefulness to him in the manner he is trying to be polite!!

Typically quiet outside of lunch and dinner rush times though staff is either on their phone, talking amongst themselves, or in the back – if you don’t speak up they don’t acknowledge you. That’s a bit discouraging when you want to get in, get food, and get out.
