My husband and I come here all the time and it’s always great! The food is reasonably priced, always fresh and tasty, good portions, and comes out fast. The employees are very nice and the restaurant is always clean. My husband tried the pepperoni pizza meatball sandwich (2nd picture) and OMG it smelled and looked so good! He said it was the best meatball sandwich he’s ever had. My only complaint is our favorite drink (blueberry lemonade) has been out on their soda machine the past 2 times we’ve visited.

Today was my first time to a fire house subs. The food was better than expected. The staff was surprisingly friendly, and the atmosphere was alright. It was tough to hear if there was music, but it was nice and quiet so I didn’t mind too much. I will be going back and trying more subs soon for sure.

Yes, theyre open. & I’ve never seen so many employees at a firehouse subs in my life, granted it’s opening day. The place is immaculate compared to other locations. Again, Brand new. Wish there was some outside seating, as there is plenty of space for it and that they had online ordering available. Im sure it will come soon. Off to a great start and very happy to have another location closer to the central Barry area so don’t have to go all the way to Tiffany Springs. Employees were all great and management was friendly. Will be coming back regularly. Great location DIRECTLY next to Starbucks if you can’t spot it right away.

The food is great and every time I go in there the people are great. I have had an issue with a charge on my card that has not been resolved and it has been over 2 weeks. I have called the customer service hotline but they cannot help me since they do not have access to the individual stores. I have been waiting on a call from the owners and have tried calling them at the store with no luck. Very disappointed since I enjoy their food.

Have been a little disappointed each time I have been in this location and I understand it’s new so it may take a while for them to get up to par with another location I visit. Each time I have been in the meat seems to be less than the other location and 2 out of my 3 visits I have made there I received an incorrect order. Again a little fine tuning and hopefully they will get up to the level of the other location as this one is closer to home.

I called in my order, to try and avoid waiting sooooo long in the store. I had to wait thru 3 or 4 People to pay for my 2 sandwiches. I then took a seat to wait for my order. After everyone in the store received there order, another lady came in ordered, when they called her name, I went and asked when my order might be ready. I said it was a call in order and she responded, you have to go to the register,I said I did. I have paid for it and have waited about 15 minutes, she said “you have paid for you order”, i said “Yes, would you like to see my receipt? She said No, you should have received your order when you paid for your order. The sandwiches were soggy and barly warm. Not expressed at all.
