Went to Fire House to get a sub today because It was the day that I could get one of them free because of my name. I usually have a good experience but this little guy had an attitude right off the start. I told him my name and as I was getting my ID he’s like where is your ID like he was mad. I’m like. I’m getting it for you now. He had a very nasty attitude for no reason. Even as he was taking my order, he was acting mad, He then went over to the girl who was making subs he whispered something to her and they laughed. Then Instead of her making my order he started making my two subs. I was difinitly watching him after that.He reached under his apron I don’t know if he was wiping his hands or getting

I placed an order through the Firehouse Subs app, paid ahead, and went to pick it up. Long story short, when I arrived, they refused to give me the food I had paid for. The employee has a smirk on her face, stated this actually happens frequently, said she wouldn’t help me, and gave me management’s number. Unfortunately the person I spoke to gaslit me and told me the order didn’t exist. A call to corporate confirmed the order did exist, and was paid for. Corporate did not offer me a refund. The manager did not offer me a refund. So my money was stolen, I got nothing in return. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional and the entire situation was appalling and bizarre. After looking into it, I found other similar reviews. Another customer inside the store also told me this had happened to her in the past. So this is a regular occurrence at this location. I’m annoyed enough that I’ll be taking legal action against the owner.

I ordered a medium tuna sub $9 for a tiny sub. I ordered for pick up & arrived after pick up time the order wasn’t ready & employee wasn’t friendly. Gave 2 stars for taste but there is no way I will be ordering another one for the size & price. The picture included is only of the half you can see how tiny the bread is.

Bread was delicious! Sandwich looked skimpy compared to the pics that they showed on the menu. I had asked for lettuce and tomatoes but received none. Prices are steep considering the sandwiches are skimpy. I will give them another chance since the sub was delicious.

Place has gone downhill lots of playing from employees. Hard to communicate with the workers everyone speaks Spanish. Orders have been wrong a few times. Avoid this store go to Towers location.

My husband went to pickup an online order that I had placed. When he gets there they first tell him someone else picked it up then they said it was closed out and there was nothing they could do. They couldn’t refund us or redo our order. My husband has been there for over 30 minutes while we are waiting on a call from the manager, which at this point I don’t think it’s going to happen. This was over a $58 order and we even took the email conformation in there and all the girl did was smirk and say if you talk to my boss then you can talk to me, at this point my husband leaves. I finally did get to speak with the manager the next day (I called her even though they took my name and phone number for her to call and I waited till 4pm )and although our card has been charged and posted for a meal according to her that never existed, I am appalled that she would think we believe this because first of all I have confirmation for the order and our card was charged and we received email next day wanting to know how our experience was with our order, again a order that doesn’t exist. No we never received any food worst customer service ever…I am turning charge in as fraudulent and reporting to BBB. The manager at Towers is the one that was to give her my info, which she said me calling was the first she heard about it. When speaking with her I find out she owns both locations. Own your error instead of trying to say it doesn’t exist. Like I said they are not correcting this issue either I had to notify the charge as a fraudulent.

Great lunch spot. Good subs, love the Mac & cheese. Staff here is always fast and friendly. I work within walking distance and eat here for lunch a few times a week. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes for my food. Sometime it comes out faster than it takes me to grab a drink and wash my hands.
