Open late. Warm sandwich with great flavors. Calories clearly posted, and a small sandwich hit the spot, especially for the relatively low Calories for a tender bread treat near 10 o’clock at night.

The food is excellent. It’s on the slightly expensive side for subs, but well worth the money. Their potato soup is a good choice also (My wife always adds a little pepper to hers and loves it.) The service can be a little slow at times, especially if they’re busy. Always a good pick!

Normally the service is amazing, but today was very aggravating. I had called to place a takeout order and was on hold for ten minutes (the ten minutes wasn’t that big of a deal), but when I had gotten there I had payed for my order and one of the women working in the food line said in a hateful tone to the cashier it wasn’t ready yet when she asked. The cashier turned to me and said in the sweetest way that my order would be ready shortly. So, I waited for my order to be ready sitting at one of the two tops near the pick up sign. About 20 minutes went by and nothing was put out by the pick up area nor did anyone call out my name knowing I had already checked in to get my pick up order. I went up to the counter 10 minutes later and my order had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. Overall, the some of the people working this evening seemed over with the day and weren’t very happy they had to be there.

Extremely long wait time for DoorDash orders. Please note that DoorDash drivers are required to show up to the restaurant within a time frame, so we don’t have a choice to delay our arrival. We also see a time which the food is meant to be finished. You are 10-30 minutes late every single DoorDash order. I recommend that you don’t submit your orders to the DoorDash dispatch system until the food is ready or almost ready. Also please put yourself in the driver’s shoes; you may be getting paid the same hourly rate whether you work slow or fast, but the drivers make less money overall when the food is delayed this long. This means less money to feed our families and pay our bills. Please do better.

Firehouse subs…always good food, a ton of options and supporting firefightets. You are always greeted when you come in the door and thanked when you leave. Staff is always friendly and provides quick service. Great place to go for for a great sandwich or salad.

So first off they changed our order without speaking to us because they didn’t think we’d order 3 sandwiches. The girl at the register then argues with my wife saying we only paid for one, like we still didn’t order all of it. Then one of them is wrong, then they forgot the brownies we ordered. My wife heard other orders being made wrong and the manager saying to send it anyway because he didn’t want alot of food waste. They left my wife on hold for curbside so long she had to go in and get it… plus side the food was pretty good.
