Just tried the new pizza sub, meatballs much too loose/soft and not seasoned! Served on plain white roll, not the tossed Italian garlic roll as advertised! Not good!!

Waited over 30 minutes for my order- the staff prioritizes online orders (there was at least 5) ahead of the people actually in store. Will not be back for a while until management can figure out how to do quicker service for customers.
