This Firehouse is great, the manager and staff are always friendly, and it seems to be pretty clean any time we go in. They’re fast about service and moderately friendly. That’s probably the only downfall is that they’re not as friendly as could be. I think what would help is if they would dedicate one employee to bring the sandwiches to the table. That would help with customer experience.

I waited 25 minutes for a takeout order, only to be handed half of it. I wasn’t immediately offered help, even though I was the only one in line and standing right in front of the counter with some one just standing on the other side. If they took any longer I would have asked for my money back.
