Fustino at firehouse subs is TERRIBLE!!!!! I ordered online, and my order was incorrect, when I went back to let them know it was incorrect. He argued with me telling me it was NOT. That it is what I ordered & my order confused him. I followed the instructions for online step by step. He said he saw that I wanted no mushroom & no peppers, but put them anyways. He was extremely rude! When I asked his name he told me he was the owner. If this is how they run their business, this is SAD.

No ice in the drink machine. Told the girls behind the counter and sat in there eating for 30 minutes and never filled it up, but one had time to sweep the floor while the one I actually told went to the machine just to get a drink. Sweet tea was clear as water and one of the girls said it just needs to be stirred, but that never happened either. But they didn’t have a problem singing teenage dirt bag out loud behind the counter. Majority of these young workers today are bad for business. Manager ain’t no better.

MOLDY FOOD/TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE (KESHAWN). Today Saturday, 2/4/2023, We bought a sub from here with MOLD on the white bread halfway through eating the sandwich. After notifying the employee about the bread, he became incredibly rude and dismissive, saying things like “standing there won’t make your refund faster” after waiting for over ten minutes for a response. When complaining to the manager, we were told that the employees name was Keshawn. Horrible experience, we will never return.

What a terrible experience. I went into to get a sandwich before my 12 hr shift. The staff were not friendly and standing around talking. After a few moments of waiting to order the staff decided to stop their conversation to tell me that they could not take my order right now because they had too many online orders. Clearly not busy enough to stand around and talk. And what kind of business turns away in person customers for online orders?

Ugh! They weren’t busy but there were only two workers, so I’m assuming they were understaffed! There were two other customers besides myself in the store & I believe they were such in a rush to get the orders completed that they weren’t paying attention to what they put on the sandwiches. A younger staff member was at the register taking orders and an older gentleman was the one making the sandwiches. However, the older gentleman would leave from behind the sandwich making section to ask me what I wanted before the you get man – working at the register could (but without writing it down). Therefore, my order was not prepared as I wanted it. Instead of getting a cold club on wheat involved with no onions added jalapeños, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, black olives and Cajun mustard. I received the traditional club. Highly disappointed! Slow down! I would have rather waited in the sandwich I wanted than received a sandwich in less time but not as I preferred it.

I came in to order the most basic item on the menu the “Hook and Ladder” with everything on it…the workers were definitely friendly no issue there, but the sandwich made was incredibly sloppy… an unbelievable amount of mayo was slapped onto both sides of the bread, a fat slap of ham and turkey was pressed into the pile of mayo with some tomatoes and lettuce underneath it all. One bite into the sandwich and it falls apart from all the mayo and badly placed meat, mayo ends up on your fingers and even falls off of the sub. By far one of the worst sandwiches I’ve paid for. Firehouse is usually good. Today it wasn’t.

Walked in today to place an order when j was told sorry we aren’t taking orders at lunch due to people calling in and we are unloading trucks. Shame on you Firehouse manager for allowing this to happen. If you don’t have enough employees to serve customers show up! But not the employee who was alone was super nice!
