Absolutely the best crew today! Manager was spot on and so impressive. A true leader for the young adults she looks after. Oh and just insanely friendly and also advocates for FIRST RESPONDERS!! If only the patrons would be a little more giving to first responders. Especially Paramedics because let me tell ya in your time of need TRUST A MEDIC! They will be your advocate quicker and better than anyone in the valley! Oh and the food was amazing as always! Super clean too! Great location. Sure wish my hometown of Blytheville, Ar had one of these! Those first responders in Mississippi County ARKANSAS need some help! The manager listened to my story and was soo personable and caring. She’s the best!!

Zeek & Rene Restaurant Influencers
This was our favorite Firehouse Subs to visit. We could not wait for them to open, because it is such a beautiful location and the closest one to our house. The restaurant is clean and inviting. But the change of staff have made us not to go back ever again. Because they were so rude, unprofessional and impolite. They have made us feel unwelcome . We really hope that will change in the future. I have spoke with the owner, when it happened the first time and he didn’t care much.

If i could give negative stars, i would. I will never come back to this location. Tonight was the last straw. I paid for double meat and this is what I got. When I went back in and showed it to the kids behind the counter, they informed me that it was double meat. No, it is not. I’ve been ordering the same sandwich for YEARS and the meat quantity was never this cheap. Instead of making things right, they just stared at me like I was crazy. DO NOT GO HERE!! They are constantly messing up like this. Management seriously needs to step in with this location. It is a complete disaster.

This location is consistently bad. They always make my order wrong and they are behind schedule on to go orders. It seems like they never have enough staff. The inside of the store is dirty and they do not update their website with items there out of. Obviously there is a management problem here. Firehouse subs is amazing, just not this location.
