I love Firehouse. Going to have a birthday party there this month, and I’m 65 :-). Be sure to give a $ to charity. I’m in the volunteer fire department where I live and we received a grant for some new extrication equipment from Firehouse. When you donate to Firehouse, it goes straight out to help your community.

I was asked if i was dining in or not i said dine in. When we received our food he said he couldnt take anymore dine in. Now they close 20 minutes. Sorry he should have said something when he asked if i was dining in when i orderd. Well i still dined in when he said we had to keave when he delivered the 1st sandwich

I don’t normally write reviews, but this was just absolutely ridiculous. We ordered our food a little before 8. A meatball sub and a brisket sub. I got there for 8:38 nothing was ready. The store was being run by a bunch of kids. The girl comes up to me at 845 to ask what I ordered just to tell me they put it up. How do you not have anything ready when I ordered a hour ago and there is at least 5 of yall in there with barely any customers.

BBQ brisket sandwich hot and the Italian sub cold are the standouts for me. Call in your order or order online, and it will be waiting for you when you arrive. It’s sort of small, so I tend to order to go. Staff is friendly.

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order to be ready at 5:45pm. However, I got there 15 minutes early (didn’t mind waiting) but my sandwich was already sitting on the to-go rack. I didn’t think anything of it and grabbed the bag. Upon getting home, I realized the sandwiches were ice cold, the lettuce was brown and wilted, and the bread was so soggy it fell into pieces when I tried to pick it up. Now I wonder how long those sandwiches actually sat out. This food was absolutely inedible and thrown in the trash. Do yourself a favor and find another location.
