My first time here, I wanted to try their submarines out. The turkey sub that I received was great, the smokehouse brisket was even better. The bun was extraordinary. This ranks up high with some of the best sandwiches that I have had. The chocolate chip cookies were also one of the very best that I have tasted. I would have liked to have seen a sub with a pasta sauce. As far as the interior of the diner, it was clean and looked great with some tasteful firehouse memorabilia.

We r from TN and love love love Firehouse subs. This is the first one I’ve ever been in that I was NOT greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse” No one spoke to us at all except to take our order. Food was horrible. Which is so disheartening because Firehouse is my fav sub place. We ordered hot subs that were not even warm. But myself and my daughter didn’t even finish our food because it was terrible. No one in the establishment smiled or even greeted us. So sad!

Went their the other day and got chili looked like it was mush not even soup , wanted prime rib sub was out of it , the lady’s behind counter was talking about rather they would date a black , Asian whatever race guy , very poor business conversation ! I used to love eating here it has went down hill .

I was looking forward to trying this place. Highly disappointing. Apparently this small sad dab of lettuce is what they consider normal. I asked for oil and vinegar, did not get oil and vinegar. Asked for salt, pepper and and oregano, and did not get those either. Mustard was also omitted, which I ordered. I asked for onion. Sadly, the only onion on this sandwich is what is in the photo. The “lettuce”, what meager amount there is, is not fresh. I will not be returning. Maybe it was just an off day, but this was abismal. Not worth 5 bucks.

Thanks firehouse for not putting the onion on my $11 sub that I asked for. So I tried to make a so-so sub more palatable but you decided I didn’t need that. It’s just like going to other fastfood places in town where they just give you what they want you to have. Awesome. Throw in a way over priced drink that didn’t taste like any coke product I’ve ever had and it was a total waste of $24. But I got a pickle, no pun intended.
