I always order through the app for pick up. It seems to be a continuous thing if i order inside, my sub is incorrect one way or another so doing it myself just leads to little to no error. Sub is always ready for pick up on time which i appreciate. However the staff needs to be improved. They don’t greet anyone and just gossip amongst each other when there are customers waiting. The customer experience seems to be focused on last.

I went for the first time ever about a week ago and went back today not only because I enjoyed it so much but because I had a free medium drink from filling out a online survey. I ordered online both times and assumed I had done it correctly until I got there and realized I had ordered at the other location in town! The staff was so kind and immediately took care of me even though it was my mistake.. The sub was also just as amazing! I will definitely be back and appreciate their willingness to help so graciously!

Our sandwiches were ok but the cashier wouldn’t answer anything for us and spoke so softly that we couldn’t hear. Wouldn’t take our cash, just so you know some people only use cash. There’s ways to train your workers to identify a counterfeit 50$.

Guys, this is a perfect example of how customer service has gone out the window. My family and I love Firehouse Subs, we love that they support our fire fighters and the food is great. With that said we came in this afternoon and we ordered our food and the lady at the register told us that they we out of lettuce and she asked if we were ok with that before we paid. I am not very picky about my food and yes I can do without lettuce, but how hard is it to drive to one of the ten local grocery stores or Walmart in the area and get several heads of lettuce to make it through the day and imagine this have good customer service, then my sandwich and all the other patrons that ate at Firehouse today would have enjoyed it better.

I haven’t been to a Firehouse in so long. So excited to get it today, I order a sub with lettuce. Guess what they forget to put on it? I mean come on people. It doesn’t matter if you say it to their faces or write it down for them, fast food workers get NOTHING right except for stealing your money. You need a college degree these days to flip a burger, this is getting ridiculous. The Country Clubs in Woodside are just about the only places worth eating at in Aiken. They are the only places where they do their jobs it seems. The food service industry in America is clearly nonexistent anymore. Scratch another business off the list.
