This place can no longer get an order correct for even a single sandwich. Seems no one cares to even check anymore…the restaurant is a good place to eat. Ordered 2 large Hook n Ladders at the counter in the store where I person was in front of me and 2 were dining in and already had their food. Spent $28. Waited 15 minutes before they “didn’t have my order” and asked me twice what I ordered. 15 more minutes and we got cold subs no toast or steam, and no pickle on the side. Store was super dirty, floors and tables filthy. Staff didnt know what was going on. Husband took the sandwiches back in to be remade and it’s now been another 20 minutes. We’re very disappointed because we’re used to superior food and service at other stores we’ve visited in the valley. This was Shameful.

Wouldn’t honor the $6 lunch deal despite having a sign in the window advertising the special. It’s bad business. No apology from the employee either. I won’t be back to this location. They should consider taking the sign down for future customers. Had I had not been short on time, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
