We have been under strict quarantine because my husband works with extremely vulnerable individuals. We have not even been eating out anywhere. I decided for lunch on Thursday, April 9 to surprise him. My order was for $23.58. When I arrived, I realized that there wasn’t curbside delivery and so I called inside and talked to the manager. I asked him if he could bring it outside of the shop since there were a lot of people coming in and out. He was nice and said sure. It was 11:20 and my subs were going to be ready by 11:35 or so. I waited in the front row by the window and saw a bunch of bagged orders on a table all next to one another. I sat there for a while and I watched people come in and touch multiple bags trying to find their order on the table. At almost 12:00, I tried to talk to someone inside of the store just in case my order was forgotten. No customers were in the store and no one answered the phone when I called two times. I had to go into the store with my mask and gloves on. When I asked the employee about my order he said it was on the table. It was the bag I saw multiple people touching and I mentioned that concern. He told me that if I didn’t want people touching my food then maybe I shouldn’t be eating out right now. I asked for a refund and he said the manager would need to do that. I never received an apology or a refund. My nice gesture for my husband turned into a big disappointment. I would not have waited in my car if the manager hadn’t said he would bring it out. We live in the area and have had good experiences there before this time. I won’t be eating out anywhere now, I can’t risk the lives of my husband’s clients. In this stressful time I wish there was more kindness. I am still hoping for a refund. As of 4-24-2020, no refund.

I ordered a large and medium, and got charged for a large and medium sandwich. However, when I got home there were 2 medium sandwiches. I only asked for one of the sandwiches to be fully involved, yet they both ended up that way. I’m sick of constantly having issues at this location, and won’t be coming back.

A nice quiet sandwich shop. Very spacious seating available. The sandwiches were packaged in recyclable packages, service was polite and courteous. The location was close to the area we were staying at during the day, which made it a convenient stop for lunch.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but this was above and beyond bad and I’m not sure who is to blame. But I went here around lunch time and there was only two employees working during what I would consider a busy time of day for a sandwich shop. As I got in line there was a lady in front of me waiting, and waiting to give her order but no one came to help two more people came in and were in line after me. After 10 mins had gone by the two people that were behind me left. After another 5 min of no help I decided I would go some place else. The lady in front had to of been standing there for 20 mins to place her order. This was my first time coming to a firehouse subs and sadly it will be my last.

two visits in a row our order was wrong. The first time I ordered an Italian with no mayo. I got mayo. We were there so they fixed it. The second time I ordered an Italian with no mayo, no tomatoes and another with no mayo. They asked if I would like mustard and I said yes. The first sandwich was just meat. The second was ham not an Italian. We were one of the first customers there when it opened and was impressed. Not so much any more.

Horrible customer service. I’ve never had a good experience here. 9/19 only 2 customers in the place and they still can’t get the order right. It took numerous corrections ringing up the order which was only a cup of soup and 2 subs. Then we get home to open the subs and they weren’t even the right ones. I will not be coming back. If you want good customer service at firehouse subs drive to the one in maplewood!

Food is good at Firehouse but the last 4 times my friends and I were there at least one of the drinks we wanted was out. Their selection of hot sauces is pretty slim, maybe 10 to 15 and of those bottles maybe 3 or 4 actually have more than a trickle left in them to be able to have some. Was much better when they first opened and there appeared to be a corporate person there making sure the business was running correctly
