Good sandwich shop that serves hot, steamed sandwiches. The sandwiches are packed with meat and toppings unlike some other places and every sandwich I have gotten has been good. They have sides like chips and soups and desserts like cookies and brownies. The service can be lacking at times but usually is good too. My kids love this place so we will be back.

Very clean. Very friendly service. Yea was fresh and sweet. Sandwich had lots of meat! The bread was amazing and fresh! This was my first time at Firehouse Subs and I will definitely be back again!!!! Only complaint was they had the air conditioning way too cold! I shivered as I ate!

I went today and got an Italian sandwich meal and was really excited to get a pickle with it but it didn’t come with one. It’s my birthday today and that pickle would’ve absolutely made my day but whatever, the sandwich was really good at least.

Ordered the medium turkey bacon ranch, non steamed turkey with warm bun, to go. Got back to my hotel & there was no bacon, no onions, no ranch & the bun was cold. Very bland sandwich. Including chips & a tip, spent a little over $12. Supposed to be getting a card for a free sub that can only be redeemed at THAT location. Not a very happy customer

I had a wonderful experience at firehouse on hilltop today. Hannah took my order and was very nice and sweet! I really appreciated that she didn’t make me feel rushed and she did not get frustrated when she had to ask me the questions. When my food came to my table it was hot and all made correct. Great job!

Ive only ate here few times but they have good subs a lil pricey but they use it to help firefighters and those in need get equipment and other things needed but it’s good place to eat esp to honor the firefighters
