Had the New York Steamer, with Provolone Brisket, and Pastrami. Probably my favorite sandwich on the menu. Get it with the Captain Sorensen sauce. Bag of Salt and Vinegar chips or Smokey BBQ chips. Great lunch would certainly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the mood for a great sandwich. Staff was friendly, fast and the atmosphere was nice. Restaurant appeared clean and well maintained.

Had to go into store to make to go order since nobody would answer the phone, with no one else in restaurant. Ordered 2 sandwiches and had to push the sandwich meat in one of the boxes and close to be able to leave. The sandwiches were not put together at all, had to build them ourselves when we got home , and we ordered a large and a medium and got 2 mediums. No pickles in boxes. WILL NOT BE BACK.

We stopped in for a quick early dinner on Mother’s Day. The line to order was short, and the sandwich artists were attentive to our requests. The turkey sub and the cheese steak subs were excellent! The meat tasted fresh and the seasonings/ toppings on the sandwich made our palettes happy. We will return soon!

Disappointed in firehouse of red bank… I called multiple times trying to place a to go order and no one would answer. My husband went to order in the store and no other customers were there. I even called again while he was in there and no one would pick up the phone. My sub was terrible, it looked like someone chewed it up and spit it back in the box. I’ll just go to subway or jersey mikes from now on!

I love their cherry limeade, it definitely keeps me coming back. Also my favorite sandwich is the turkey bacon ranch. It’s always satisfying but I do have to say they are quite expensive! That’s the only downside.

We place a Togo order at least twice a week and every single time we call ahead and nobody picks up the phone. When someone does decide to answer the phone they answer and sit the phone down or hang right back up. We assumed this is because they are busy but when you go into the store all the workers are just hanging out with maybe one customer in the store. This is absolutely ridiculous. I really hope managers can fix this because you are loosing business left and right. No customer should call your store and be hung up on because employees don’t feel like working.
