I never give bad review, that being said just don’t eat here. Poor attitude from staff and worse quality food. I love firehouse subs but this was awful. Bread was stale, one sandwich didn’t have enough steak to make half a sandwich. Added mayo when asked not to. My sandwich was dry. Soda machine was low on syrup. And the greasy finger prints on the box finished it off.

To me the sandwiches have more flavor than Subway or Jimmy John’s. I appreciate their social responsibility in donating to local firehouses. The last time I visited the manager appeared to be the only one working and was notified it would likely be 15 minutes before my order could be taken. I waited patiently, others were told the same and left. I spoke to the manager about the messed up rewards app, the sparse worker situation (he lost 12 employees over 60 days), and my work. Unexpectedly he rang up my footlong sub for free due to the wait. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful. Will definitely continue to go here but to all who read this summer of ’23 be prepared for the wait.

After several years of enjoying this restaurant, I was extremely disappointed with the sandwich I ordered today. These pictures show a medium NY Steamer sandwich that costs $9.69.

They never have gluten free bread and their toaster was broken. They handed us our online order where we spent 70$ and told us that we can grab the drinks and chips. So we had to reach over the counter and grab the cups. Didn’t explain anything. Machine was low on syrup too. They also never answer their phone so don’t bother trying to call. I tried many times and not anything. Firehouse subs is great but this location has been a let down every time.

This place is a breath of fresh air compare to the sandwich shops in the area. They were extremely delicious subs! The medium size is definitely big enough to fill you up. It’s clean and the staff was very friendly. They also have a hot sauce bar that has almost any hot sauce you can think of to put on your subs. 10/10 would recommend.

Couldnt pay me enough money to come back. Had to listen to staff complain about how understaffed they are & complain about each new sandwhich order that came in. Listened to employees state they were going to lock the doors to avoid the lunch rush whilst waiting for my food to be ready. What a horrible first experience coming here. Made a complaint online a week and a half ago, hoping to have someone reach out in regards to this experience and have since never heard back. Awful first experience at this place and based off reviews I’m not the only one. Avoid at all costs go to Jimmy Jones or literally any other sandwhich shop in the area.

firehouse subs is one of my favorite sandwich chains but this is easily the worst location i’ve ever been too. the bread’s soggy no matter what sandwich you get. maryjane at the front counter was a wonderful server. i would’ve given 5 stars on the service aspect for her attitude alone, but they just fired her for no reason. she was a great worker and seemed like the only person who actually wanted to be there. bad vibes all around now. if you want a good sandwhich, go to capriotti’s just 3 minutes up appleway. 10x better for about the same price

They have huge sizes. Going in I had no idea what the sizes would be like so I got a large. It was huge I had basically an entire sandwich leftover. T here mac and cheese was no good though I have had way better. Heck mac and cheese from the box is better then what you get here. The sandwich was very good though.
