I like pastrami sandwiches and they make a pretty good one here. The wait wasn’t too long and the service was really good. The bread they used for my sandwich was really good also. Good place for lunch or maybe a quick dinner if you don’t feel like cooking. Give it a try you might like it.

Who ever was working tonight really did care. They made 3 perfect sandwiches. Love the way the bread was cut. Everything was packaged well and delivered hot and quick. But who ever made the sandwiches is a great employee.

I went to the Firehouse Subs in Wichita Falls, Texas this weekend to exchange a coupon for a free dessert, but I must say that the area is quite clean with signs and placements for social distancing during this troubling time. The staff was quite kind and friendly with speed and accuracy to boot.

My girlfriend and I both got Friday’s special, the jerked turkey sandwich, and really enjoyed it. The jerk seasoning on the meat was very flavorful and the overall balance of flavors in the sandwich was nice. I got the macaroni and cheese with bacon added and it was creamy and quite tasty. The fancy soda machine was fun to use, and it was the first time my girlfriend had ever gotten a drink they enjoyed from a fast food restaurant. My only complaint from the trip is that when I got the cherry limeade, the only flavor to it was cherry syrup. I’m not sure if it was just a fluke and one of the syrups didn’t go in, or if it’s just poorly balanced, but I’d be willing to give it a second chance. The restaurant was clean and the decor simple but inviting. The restroom was also clean.
