Let me just say, I’ve had the worst service here every single time that I visit this location… But today was a completely different story! Breezy was extremely attentive, kept us happy while we waited (also, we didn’t wait half as long as we normally do, this team is quick and efficient), double and triple checked to make sure our order was correct, gave my doggy extra treats, was very smiley and had a positive attitude the entire time, and she made me smile on a day I didn’t feel like smiling! And not to mention my sandwiches came out perfectly. Thanks Breezy!

It doesn’t matter if you call 30 minutes in advance , it’s never ready. It gets old. I now get my subs from the Bentonville location , they are always ready at pickup. They maybe up the road 10 minutes but you save the time not waiting.

Very solid sandwich place. Prices aren’t too bad, and the food is good. They have a Coke Freestyle which is a major plus for me personally. I usually get the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich and it tasted great. The staff is always super friendly too. No complaints for this Fire House Subs.

One star is too high of a rating, some of the worst service in the area, I was the only person at the counter waiting and stood there for 10 minutes waiting to place an order with 4 employees working and not a single person acknowledged my existence, can’t say if the food was any good or not as i never got to place an order…so I finally just walked out the door without a single word said to me. First time I have visited a Firehouse Subs thinking great they support a cause I can get behind BUT the terrible service of this location is a sure bet I will not be visiting another!

This is my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I had the Hook & Ladder (w/o tomatoes). Although I’ve never enjoyed eating a warmed up sub sandwich I had the warm my sandwich up for me. Man was it good. I loved everything about it. The service was great, the atmosphere very good the inside was kept clean. I’m definitely going back to the Firehouse Subs in Rogers Arkansas!

The pickle spear smelt like raw sewage and tasted exactly the way it smelt. Sure hope it was a bad batch and not actually what it smelt like. You never know what people do to your food unless you watch them prep all the add ons and make the food so we are actually putting a bunch of trust into people we don’t know and have never met. Bathroom toilet in the men’s looked like the locals piss was eating away at the seat as it was stained yellow.
