When they’re open, they do not answer the phone. They have both DoorDash and Grubhub set to not accept orders hours before they close. They stop answering phone orders 2-3 hours before they close. It’s very clear that they DO NOT want to work or do their jobs after about 4pm. If I owned this store, I would COMPLETELY clean house and get an entirely new staff.

Very unprofessional, very concerning. The food was good but the experience was NOT. I was eating my food and overheard the MANAGER complaining about someone named Matt and then disrespecting her staff? I’ve worked customer service for over 20 years so I can understand frustration but that was inexcusable. Called from the parking lot, after driving a few miles out of the way to get there, no answer after multiple rings, but that’s not uncommon if busy, so I walked in afterwards, not a soul in sight…the place smelled, front door was dirty inside & out…but I waited, still no one in sight..walked out. Should’ve ran before I went in, door was so dirty…always a good clue.

Around mid December 2022 we received several discount coupons in our home mail for use at the Prince Frederick, MD Firehouse Subs. On 12/14/2022 we decided to get takeout at Firehouse Subs since I had well over 10,000 reward points for use of a free sub. I ordered two large subs and expected to get one for free along with my free chips for being a military veteran with 8 years of Navy service. I also has the coupons that we received in our home mail and expect to get free chips and fountain drink for the purchase my wife’s large sub. The female associate that took my order told me that they only give the free veteran chips only one day of the week on Monday. She also told me that they would not accept the coupon since I was getting a free sub by using my rewards points.

Subs were yummy in my tummy. The only suggestion I have is the front line folks should not assume that a customer has been to a Firehouse Subs location before. Every sandwich shop is a little different, and I ended up having to amend my order because I had not been to one before.

I am soooooo disappointed. I just ordered sandwiches for dinner tonight and I will never eat at another Firehouse Subs. This medium sandwich cost $10.40. And it’s not even worth it. All I keep saying is $10.40. Seriously! 2 chips missing. My daughter drink missing. And what they say? Contact Doordash… Word? Firehouse packs the bags. Not doordash. I am soooooo disappointed. OhMyGosh am I ever. $10.40. Seriously!?

This weekend was pretty awful. We have been there before and love them, however it was obvious they were grossly understaffed. They only had two people working in the entire store. Its no fault of the employees for being understaffed they were stressed but wonderfully plesant. It took took about 30 min to get our food with everything they had going on and because they were rushing our food was incorrect. These employees should not have been left at a lunch rush to handle things without more staff. Not only was our food wrong but more importantly treating your staff and leaving them without the proper tools to serve the customers is disheartening
