I’m conflicted at whether to put one or 2 stars for my review because when I got there about 8:00 p.m., they were closed an hour to 1.5 hours early. The app states that this location is open until 9, but Google maps and the sign on the store say 9:30. Either way, they are closed early, and I don’t know why as there wasn’t a sign on the door giving a reason.

My family and I want to get a quick bite to eat and wish to have a hot subs and choose to go the firehouse subs. This is the second time I had issues with the cashier / manager a older european man with gray hair working at the checkout counter who had a problem with my dietary requirements and became very rude and unprofessional upon my request. I’m not putting any pork products on our food and look on the website beforehand to see if they made any commendations for any the company policy stated that it does allow substitution .So I requested add more brisket and remove the pork from our subs but leave the turkey meat on along with the coleslaw .. He started talking about the changes to our subs and tried to change it to a different subs and continue to behave very badly about the change because my pork allergies yes, manager is not fit to be in this capacity to handle management He needs to be retrained and because he’s a poor example for the staff. The team was very patient and kind at the time of service. We will be reaching out to the corporation of Firehouse Subs and the manger represent the owners of this location.

The woman with the dreads is extremely rude and makes snarky comments. I went there two days in a row and both times she was rude, 06/26/23 and 06/27/23. I love firehouse subs, but I will not come back to this establishment.

I have always had awesome service at this location however today was not up to expectations. Them young adults working the afternoon shift have no customer service skills. First you play around for a whole 15 minutes then you made the subs and place the bags on the counter without even an acknowledgment. When I asked for the bad to be changed because crease was all over it I immediately recieve a unacceptable attitude. So disappointed .

Both individuals working this afternoon (one of which was the manager) had the most disrespectful attitudes and AWFUL customer service I’ve ever experienced. Especially the gentleman making the subs. He continuously made aggressive comments at customers, was rude the entire time, when we were looking at the menu he said there “is a big sign right there” at where to order.. making it known that we weren’t supposed to order there. I wish they wore name tags so I had his name. I will NOT be coming back to the store. We have been waiting over 20 minutes for two subs. When a gentleman working DoorDash came to pickup an order and asked him about it he said “man I can’t understand a word you’re saying” “I’ve got 200 subs in my face and I don’t got time for this, people wanna keep staring” when I tell you I just want to leave and not even get my food or money back at this point. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The samwiches were not done correctly and the dameich maker wanted to give me a speech about how I should have said I didn’t want our subs toaster. This was our first time eating there….won’t ever go back. Way to expensive for 2 subs. 32.00….was not worth it, and it wasn’t even fixed right. We lived to far to go back to have them redo both subs. Never again, what a waste of money

First, I will start with the store itself. There is trash on the floor, drink area has spilled tea, the Coca Cola drink machine ice does not work, the ceiling tiles are water stained with obvious active leaks. The staff is friendly but very slow for service. They seem to be more interested in socializing among themselves than taking care of customers. Definitely not the quality and service I am accustomed to from a firehouse subs location.

Extremely disappointing experience.. rude man stating his name is chad and is the owner of the establishment was ill-bred, rude, lacking any type of customer service skills. My Husband’s sandwich was completely wrong, every item he requested not be on it on it was on it. The aforementioned “owner” He took it back in and requested politely it be fixed. This request was met with a disproportionate amount of disrespect and hostility. If it weren’t for the onions being melted into his cheese he might have just picked it off.
