Bring back the hot sauce selection. For me, the whole point of this place was to dine in and experiment with new hot sauces. The hot sauce shelf is gone, apparently to save cost. They offer small packets but that’s not the same. For me it’s just another hot subs shop now, and there are many of those.

We had some mix up with online ordering I ordered a medium sub and on their end it came out as a small sub no biggie really but I just wanted to get the sub size I ordered and I did spend sometime talking it through with the young man and it was nobody’s fault really but he was trying to get me to pay for it again until he realized it was a mistake ( not the best customer service but we’re all human it’s ok) the older gentleman that remade my sub was amazing! I’m sorry I didn’t get his name he went above and beyond and even through in some brownies he knows how to make the customer happy now matter what! Thank you for your kindness

I got a free medium for my birthday since I have Firehouse Sub rewards app, I really enjoyed it! Such as nice staffs that made the DELICIOUS sub! It’s highly recommended! It’s perfect for you after your workout or long day! Of course, I often stop by few times because I do want to support firehouse / firemen who rescue/save people.

I ordered lunch for my staff this afternoon which ultimately turned into dinner for me. When I made it to the second half of my sub, there was a 4”x4” piece of parchment paper within the contents of the sandwich. When I called and asked for a manager, I was greeted by Danielle who claimed to be the General Manager. I explained the findings and stated that it seemed to be stuck to the bacon. Without any empathy or an apology for the inconvenience, I was told that it “wasn’t from the bacon or was in fact from the cheese”… EITHER WAY there is a large piece of parchment paper in my food. She offered a credit for another sub… when I asked for another manager, simply because she didn’t address the complaint appropriately … I was told he wasn’t available… she couldn’t tell me when he would be available…. Nor could she tell me his name. She asked me for my full credit card number over the phone, which I told her I wasn’t comfortable providing… so I went to the location. After walking in, before me stood a very dirty, unprofessional, sloppy woman with facial piercings, red Kool Aid stained hair, and a dirty sweatshirt… no one that should EVER prepare food for the public. Eat here at your own risk.
