I’ve picked up food from this place twice now, and both times the food was fantastic. I created a personalized smoked turkey sandwich, while my wife usually goes for the turkey bacon ranch. The food always tastes fresh, and the prices are reasonable. I definitely suggest trying out this spot!

Firehouse WTH! Really, 1 slice of pastrami !! I had more mayo and mustard in this piece of bread then anything else. 2 pieces of bread because let’s face it, this can not even be called a sandwich and to think I choose you over Subway! Oh… one, sorry tomato, some lettuce thrown in there and 2 pieces of onion! I can’t even ! I should’ve read the other reviews first. Honestly, I make better sandwiches at home.

Drove 20 mins out of my way since this location stays open longer than others. Walk into an empty store and walk up to place order. Employee near register cleaning but never says a word. After about 25-30 awkward seconds he steps over and just stands in front of register without saying anything. So I order meatball on white, chips and drink. He says white or wheat? I say white again, gives me my total and says nothing else including when I for some reason put $3 dollars in the tip jar. Female employee who gave me my sandwhich was friendly aside from hearing her complain to her coworker about having to make a meatball sub so that of course made me feel welcome and happy she didn’t want to make my sandwhich. Get home to find turkey on wheat. Check receipt, it says meatball on white. Try calling store numerous times with no answer…. $16.63 with tip and I’m assuming the guy’s sandwhich that came in after me, wasted. If service was better would have gave more stars as mistakes will happen but as a whole one star is generous.

Hook & Ladder sub was very good. The Salad was nasty. The salad could have been forgiven if the manager had treated my wife like a valued customer. She told her that it “looked just fine to her” and didn’t see anything wrong with it. As a paying customer it was not appetizing at all. I’ve been to this location often but no more.

I am over the days that they cannot hire and staff our stores properly. I entered the establishment and was NOT greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse”, rather, I was completely ignored. There were two employees diligently making sandwiches and not acknowledging me.

The place was super dirty. I believe her name is Marlena if I heard correctly. She was very rude and nasty with the staff, slamming things around, so many people in there but she didn’t care to help them out at all. Not sure what happened to the old GM y’all had before this one but we need her back!!!!!

Enjoyed being greeted when you walk in, with a “welcome to Firehouse Subs!” I kept seeing the commercial for the Triple Stack sandwich. I was near this location and decided to stop in. I’m glad I did! The sandwich was awesome! I took the sandwich to my daughter’s house to share so we all could try it. We all came to the same conclusion… the sandwich was really, really good Five of us tried this sandwich

Walked in for lunch there was 2 or 3 people in line ahead of me. 5 or 6 people apparently waiting for their orders, two people came up with apparently wrong orders. No attempt was made to take the orders of the people in front of me so waited ten minutes and walked out, when you only have an hour for lunch you can’t afford to stand around. Very disappointed was looking forward to a pepperoni meatball sub.

Every time I come here, I wonder why I come back.They give you like one slice of each kind of meat on a small sub… I always feel like I need to stop somewhere else to fill up. Then you pay 2 to 3 dollars more for small portions. But I do have to say they do taste good and their restaurants are clean.
