Mu sub was very good. I got this on a work trip and the subs were provided in boxes that included chips, a cookie, and condiments. The box acted as a plate and was very helpful.

Was here at 7pm Sunday. Person who seemed to be the manager was getting mad because there was 2 customers in the place. The service was slow and the food was not good. Who ever owns this franchise should be force to sell the place back to corp because it was clearly a franchise how unorganized it was ran. 2 of the 3 employees were seen picking their nose before preparing food. I took the food and threw it away.. I should have gotten a refund but it’s 10 dollars so they will get this review.

Food was alright. But service needs big help. SLOW!!! There was 4 employees. One was making sandwiches, one was ringing people up and the other 2 were, well not doing much. I wouldn’t recommend this location if your in a hurry. Plus the drink station was a bit messy and the was a sandwich toaster just placed there. ♂️ I won’t be back.

Call ahead of time for my order, was told 10 mins and it would be ready, got there ten minutes after ordering over the phone and stood there waiting for 30 mins just to find my order sitting in a bag on top of the toaster. Communication! You make sandwiches. Your job isn’t that hard.

very kind staff and owner, tasty food. They have Schar gluten free rolls but I wouldn’t suggest this place for celiacs or people who have reactions to gluten. They use the same machinery and knives for both gluten and gluten free rolls, so major cross contamination. I wish they’d at least use some paper in the me achines or have a special knife to cut down on the contamination…

I’ve had good experiences with Firehouse in the past, but I am really annoyed with a recent catering box order. This probably isn’t unique to this particular store, but Firehouse in general. We ordered 2 boxes of subs and 60% of the sandwiches were with sweet ham. We had 16 people, 2 of whom like sweet ham (personally I find it gross). We had half or the order left over and no one really wanted to take it home. I accept some of the blame here, but when they say turkey and ham, I don’t expect it to be sweet ham. When they say Italian sub, sweet ham doesn’t belong on it (unless specified). I don’t understand what their obsession is with it, but apparently they don’t carry regular ham.
