Originally, I rated this firehouse all 5s. I am changing that. I used to frequent this Firehouse several times per week. I moved and I couldn’t get the service during my lunch. Having only 30 minutes, I would call in early and still have to wait.

I love this place. It’s always good. They always make my food right and it’s always fresh and delicious. The employees are nice and happy to help. The store is clean and well stocked. If it was closer, I would go alllll the time. Would definitely recommend.

I received my order and both of my sandwiches were incorrect. I called back & explained the situation and the employee took my name and number and told me to come back another day and they would remake my sandwiches. (I live 25 minutes away, so I couldn’t drive back that night to pickup new subs) 3 days later, I tried to call back to get my subs and they refused to make them. She said I the woman who told me that was out of town and there’s nothing she can do without a receipt. I told her the day I purchased them, I did not ask for a receipt and I was told specifically, after asking, I would not need anything. I was told my name and number were written down and to tell them when I call back to order that I had spoken to someone who wrote down my information. Terrible customer service, unwilling to make their mistakes right because the manager who told me I would be good to come back in to get my subs was out of town.

I gave them a 3 star which is me being nice. I really can’t appreciate the cashier/ order taker just looking at me and not greeting or acknowledging they are ready to take my order. Kind of makes me feel like I’m a burden not a guest/customer won’t be back anytime soon

LaQuita “Q” and the team at the Firehouse on S Pine are literal living legends. I placed a large online order for 30 people with little notice, and not only did they get it all together on time, they were so conscientious in providing extra items and triple checking the order for accuracy. They anticipated the needs of my group before I even spoke. The attention to detail was above and beyond. I am so grateful for this amazing group of people!

This location is by far the absolute worst Firehouse location that I have been to. One register would not accept Google or Apple pay. They said the other one would but would not switch to the one that did work. Asked for mayo to be added to my sandwich and all they did was make the sandwich then threw mayo packets in the bag. And last but not least, I was told that a to go order was not an option, “we only have done in or take out”. Probably will not return to this location.

This a really great place to eat. We always stop on our way through. It’s always clean and the food is fresh and tasty. Torrance helped us today and really went the extra mile by splitting up our sub so we each had an easy way to eat. This man should get a raise! Stellar employee with a great attitude.

Absolutely love this place! I always get the Italian sub medium or large size. With a pickle and also chips and a drink. I love the staff they are so friendly and always make everything fresh. Wait time isn’t really long either.
