Update: (changed from 4 to 2 stars) We got subs to go today and the meat on my steak and cheese is ICE COLD! It literally feels like they took it from the fridge and tossed in in my sub. The sub is also soggy after a 10 minute drive. I’m so disappointed. Will probably give the place another chance because we love it and are regular customers, but if it happens again we won’t come back.

I’ve been going here for awhile now. My most descent visit was today. I first walked in to find it extremely smoky inside.. surprised the alarm wasn’t going off. The service was average at best. It did not seem anyone was in a hurry. The food however tasted amazing as usual. I give the employees the benefit of the doubt today. I usually don’t have any issues. I’ll be back again.

The photo of the sub sandwich is a gross depiction of reality. The classic sub sandwich is small and mushy. Fillings are minimal. No substance or flavor. Basically, a soggy sandwich without flavor. If you love sub sandwiches, go anywhere else for a better experience. Firehouse subs needs to start over with good food.

Had lunch here today! All I can say is amazing! The food the service and how clean everything was! Even better wasn’t the food. It was the owner, while being there, I heard him tell his employees how well they were doing! That is unheard of this day and age! He is definitely a leader! Job well done!
