Me and my husband went to try this place for the first time and we were happy we did because the subs were delicious! Fresh made and flavorful! Only one flaw was the Mac and cheese, we didn’t like the flavor of the cheese sauce. The staff was super helpful in chosing a sandwich.

I came here 30 minutes before closing. My wife and I ordered 2 subs and the boys working there deliberately loaded both of our subs full of salt. One of the boys told us “Have a great night” in a very condescending tone. We didn’t find out about this until we got home and my wife took a bite out of her sandwich and was very disgusted with it. I will never eat there again and I don’t recommend anyone eat there!

We stopped at Chili’s 30-45 min wait, next door was olive garden 45-1hr min wait. Firehouse was on the end and thought to give it a try. Never eaten here, but as soon as we walked in we were greeted. Told them it was our first time and they ran us thru it. Very friendly staff… Very informative about the menu. Would eat here again, hopefully all firehouse subs are as courteous. Thanks Josh and your crew at the Cerrillos Rd location.
