Didn’t get to catch the gentleman on the phones name but he was working the phone on August 12th at around 12. He’s super nice, and super friendly, and was very communicative when I called. I could tell he was slammed with customers and probably having to do 3 things at once but he pulled through and my order was fantastic. Y’all keep it up over there! You all deserve raises!!!

Purchased a medium sub combo. Was asked to “round up”–which I did. Screen then prompted me for a tip. Ended up being $15.00. Person behind the counter said she made a mistake and that I wasn’t charged. Argued that I was. She said I wasn’t. Re-rang the sale. The sandwhich I got was tiny–made from 2 short end pieces. When I got my statement a couple weeks later-I saw where I had been charged twice ($30.00) for that little sandwich. Not what it used to be ! Won’t go back to that location until they hire some decent help.
