I ordered food and when payment bar has tip on it. I ordered carryout no service except for staff to prepare. I did not tip. I would imagine that you pay your staff adequately. However, when I got my food there was no napkins and no pickles. It appeared to me that since I did not tip that your staff gave poor service . I have only eat at your establishment a couple of times. I was disappointed food could have been so much better. The last time at another establishment it was good.

Trash!!! As a company in a whole. It’s impossible to contact customer service with an issue. They refer you to the website which does not work!! I have had to stop eating here due to all the mishaps in store and with the mobile app. Save you time and a headache.

Over priced. Light on toppings. Didn’t follow any of my special requests. Didn’t get my side of hot sauce, didn’t get the chips I ordered. Drink was super dilute tasted horrible. When I called the manager told me they did everything right and I was wrong and couldn’t do anything for me, Not even refund the chips I didn’t get. Told me I would need to email the owner since they couldn’t do anything to help me. After emailing the owner I get no response. Fill out the customer survey and get no response. This place used to be great but now is just a pathetic cash grab. Go to subway if you want a mediocre sandwich, at least they will give you what you ordered.disappointed.
