Gave this location a second chance from an inadequate first experience, and it was 100% worth it. Ethan (I think that was the employees name) had incredible customer service, and engaged with me the entire time the sandwiches were being made. It seemed extremely genuine, and that experience will definitely have me going back.

Store was absolutely filthy, on customer side and on the prep side. Employees were less than attentive and their cleanliness looked to also be an issue. Would have left and gone elsewhere but my granddaughter was hungry. I will not be returning.

The food is good and I’d previously rated this 4 stars overall but my experience today left an extremely poor taste in my mouth, figuratively speaking. I placed an order on the web site around 6pm. Prior to the payment screen, the confirmation screen said “pickup at 6:20pm.” After the payment screen, it said “your order will be ready for pickup at 10:30am tomorrow”. I called the store and they can’t even see the order in their system and told me to call corporate customer support. After waiting on hold for almost 10 minutes, the CSA told me that she would send an email to the store leadership to have them contact me in the morning to arrange a refund. Seriously??? Horrible service!

Disgusting. We walked in and noticed the floors and tables were covered in chips, drinks, trash. The two workers tonight (10-29-2022) were screwing around the entire time. The lady working was clearly annoyed by any customer and rude. The drink area was filthy. The tea was molded. Horrible. We’ve eaten there a for a couple years and it was always clean and welcoming- but tonight was completely different. I’m still in shock. Never eating or ordering from there again.

I was at Vision for Less around lunch time so I asked what is good around close by. She said Firehouse has been excellent when she went. It was a few doors East so I gave them try. Mind you I’ve had subway and Jimmy John’s and they have about ruined me eating sub sandwiches. Firehouse isn’t a cheap date but you’ll forget what it cost at your first bite! I had the small brisket and cheddar sub and oh my, my! What an awesome flavor. I think I have found a new sub shop for myself!

Firehouse subs was okay. My buddy took me here because he swears by it. I think I got the wrong seasonings for the wrong sandwich, which in turn made this place a three stars. It’s not that the food’s not good or they’re not clean or any of that. It’s just wrong seasons on wrong subs. Definitely get Firehouse to try
