First time, my first experience. I’ve never been to firehouse subs. I had went with a group of co-workers. Worst steak and cheese ever! I understood the subs were over priced. I didn’t expect a smaller sheetz convenient store sub! Double the price! There’s no comparison to “Highway 55” steak and cheese!! And cheaper! Co-workers not impressed either. A Co-worker said his was two bites gone, lol. I Couldn’t eat it, tastes that bad. Gave it back, the whole meal! $16 wasted. They didn’t even offer my money back. I’ll never go to another firehouse subs! Some Co-worker’s said their subs tasted like school lunch subs. All hype, over/high priced, cheap microwave taste! That’s was my first experience.

Called this location 3 times after being hung up on and received nothing but attitude from Jacob, back talking and disrespect as well. Once we went inside to pick up our order, he began yelling at my family, sayin “we can take it outside if you want to.” Never visiting again.

Stopped with the husband who stated that these subs are the best. We ordered to go. Staff was not friendly but not impolite. After we were eating, my sandwich was not beef nor smoky and drowning in mayo. My hubby said his wasn’t as ordered either. He did say that was the first time at that particular shop. I will try Firehouse again possibly but at a different shop location. I didn’t finish mine because I don’t eat pork with nitrates.
