No air conditioning when it’s 90 degrees outside. Staff overcharged me for a meal with a brownie. Didn’t put it in as a meal deal but charged separately. 21 dollars for a foot long sub with a drink and brownie. It took 20 minutes to get my meal with nobody else in line. Brought it home. It was really soggy. They put mounds of honey ham on an Italian sub. It was sweeter than my soft drink. Disgusting. Had to throw half out and I’m not picky. Worst meal and restaurant experience I’ve had in my life.

$18 sub came with onions and they scraped off mustard they put on it, when I ordered it without both items. They reprinted the order ticket removing that part, but I had a copy of the online order. And attached is what a $12 pastrami/corned beef medium sub looks like. HORRIBLE. 3 pm on a Tuesday? Can’t fathom what it’s like during busy times.

Placed order to go. Young kid order but didn’t say how long it would take. Had 1 cold turkey medium & 1 meatball warm. Both with pickle spears. Waited 20 minutes. The turkey was warm, had no cheese & no pickle spear. Meatball also had no pickle spear. When I tried to call & complain they weren’t answering the phone. Won’t be recommending this place.

Set an online order for pickup at this location, arrived and waited for the time. Listened to the teenage staff talk about customer orders and how bad they would taste (along with the youngest kid openly saying a derogatory term for mentally handicap people). After waiting 30 minutes past our pickup time we asked what was going on, magically our order was finished shortly, but to our surprise the kid gave us a sub made incorrectly and a sub box that never had a hint of food in it.

Waited for over 20 minutes for our food. Three of the staff were teens, one looked barely 12. The teens were not working and were just chatting. The one adult there was actually working. We received the wrong food, but as it was takeout, we didn’t notice until we’d left. The sub they gave me had two meats on one side and two different ones on the other. It also had both ranch and mustard on it, which imo is a gross combo. I had ordered the turkey bacon ranch. Young staff needs serious training. I never leave poor reviews, but the service was just terrible. I love firehouse subs but I don’t think I’d visit this location again.

I live about 35 to 40 minutes away from firehouse subs but I work right next to it, so we stop from time to time. Yesterday June 13th we stopped and placed my order. When I got home my order was all messed up. Living 35 to 40 minutes away and it being 7:30 already I was not going to drive my to the store at that time. The entire time I was waiting for my food the people in assuming where teens were joking around/messing around the entire time. One of the employees even yelling from across the restaurant to the other one about how they didn’t have to come in today. Over all a terrible experience.

Employees had such a poor attitude and the order took so long to get that we couldn’t even enjoy the food once we finally got it. There are a ton of other sub options in Green Bay. I guess we can go somewhere else going forward.

Ordered online and when I came in and to pick my order up they acted like they didn’t want to acknowledge me and when they finally did they acted confused claiming they never got it even though it said on my phone that the order was received. Even if they didn’t I understand accidents happen when it comes to technology and online ordering but then I expect them to at least make my order. They then were sitting there staring at me acting like they didn’t feel like making my order. They ended up making it but after telling her how I wanted it made they messed it up. While I was inside, they also were yelling/screaming at other customers from across the building that their order was done. Couldn’t believe it. This experience just really disappointed me. Won’t be back for a while or I’ll just be going to another location. Felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable!!
