The subs are hot, just the meat, not the whole sandwich. It took them 22 minutes to make my sub. Not happy about that. I ordered the large chicken and bacon sub. The price was $14.99 for the sandwich with no drinks or chips. The sandwich was just ok. I will not be back any time soon. Bad experience overall.

Food is good but having 2 employees working with a backlog of 10 orders during busy lunchtime is unacceptable. Management needs to better forecast and pair busy times with a greater workforce to handle the rush. (So far), 15 mins for 1 sandwich.

I’ve never had firehouse before, I’m a big fan of sandwiches and after having a sandwich from here my life changed, easily the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life! Everything is so fresh and flavorful! Bret and Michelle are awesome! Definitely will be seeing more of me

Dine in is open. Masks are optional. The staff greets with a hello when you come in the door. Everyone is friendly, but be prepared to wait a few minutes since all sandwiches are made fresh. If you’re short on time, my suggestion is to order ahead.

Came in today 3/3/23 between 12pm -1pm and asked for 3 extra pickles for my sandwiches and the guy told me we don’t give out extra pickles and I thought to myself what freaking place does this? It caught me off guard so I stated ill pay whatever the cost so he kind of ignored me…..
