Super fresh bread. Huge sandwich selection. Every sandwich I’ve tried has been great. The one on the pic is the firehouse hero and it’s a nice sweeter twist on a sandwich (honey sauce) that it surprisingly pulls off very tastefully. Very generous with the ingredients as well.

The subs are great! The employees need help. Obviously just bodies to staff a location. If they do choose to speak they are exceptionally rude even for a fast food spot. 28 mins from start to finish to order and receive our food and we were the only two people in line. Sandwich sloped together today as if it should have been a bowl meal. Step it up firehouse or keep yourselves down on the same level as a subway or McDonald’s.

I’ve always loved this place, but today just felt like everyone was mad at everyone. I went in, and out of 4 people on the floor no one said anything to me. Even after I waited by the ordering lane, at least 2 people looked at me and no one said I’ll be with you or something!! When the guy finished preparing an order he just went to the register and gave me the total, I payed and he gave me the food without even a word!! Unusual for sure!!

We recently moved to the area so enjoy seeing how we like the closest restaurants or food spots. Tried this place twice and both times was astounded at how it took 30+ minutes for a sub when they were not that busy at all inside. I cannot say the food quality is bad but the wait time for their business model just makes no sense.

Real bad experience here. No one acknowledged me when I came up to the counter to pick up my order, no one told me they didn’t have the size of drink I ordered, no one handed me my cup, but when my food was handed to me the plastic bag was greasy, also I saw one of the employee’s sneeze off the line yes but returned to work without washing hands.

Came in on a Sunday. Placed an online order supposed to be ready at 4pm. There were 4 kids working and only one other customer in the store. One kid is on the phone instead of helping the other customer while the other three are just standing around. At 4:20 they finally started making my order. I waited in the store for for over 20 minutes even though no one else was in the store and three sandwich makers are just standing around instead of making my order that should have been ready 25 mins before. And to top it all off they made our order wrong!!! They put cheese on a sandwich they shouldn’t have so my wife can eat it because she has a dairy allergy! And they forgot the pepperoni on my meatball sub which I paid extra for!! I want a refund!!
