I can’t stress enough. Do not go here. We had to wait 20+ minutes for our 2 sandwiches when they weren’t even very busy. My husband’s sandwich had a little meat! We’ve gone to many Firehouse Subs and we’ve always had good and fast service. Like I said at the beginning DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Super great tasting food and lots of variety. Our family eats here often. However, the last time I went it took more than 25 minutes to get one sandwich even though there were only 2 people ahead of me. On a positive note, they also have gluten free bread that taste good, instead of cardboard like some gluten free bread can taste. This is a very casual place and easy for a family or larger group to go to.

Came in for one sandwich last week. Manager greeted me walking in and took my order at the register. After the manager took my order he disappeared never came out of the back as the 2 gals were crashing in the kitchen. 21 minutes later with zero kitchen support I got one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Point of this review is shoutout the staff, management at this location is trash.

The meatball hero was absolutely amazing. A little pricy for a sub but definitely worth it. They come in big portions so I’d suggest sizing down to a regular or small if you’re not extremely hungry.

I had forgotten how good Firehouse subs are. Its been years since I came to one. I waited forever for my heros, and it could have turned into a 2-star rating, because we were so tired and hungry after a long hiking day. However, the Manager was so kind, professional and apologetic. She explained that they were short-staffed and super busy. She seemed very sincere and even offered me a cookie and a soda for being patient. That calmed me down long enough to buy 3 large heros. This one goes out to the store Manager because sometimes things happen and it’s up the skills of the people to make you come back. By the way, the heros were delicious! worth the wait!

First time trying this place. Ordered a Hook&Ladder, Spicy Cajun Chicken and a Meatball. We shared them amongst us. The wife says it’s her new favorite sub joint and the kids loved it too. Disappointed we waited so long to try out.

The food is wonderful. The support the restaurant provides our first responders is amazing but we did not have a good visit at this location. Staff was bad talking us the whole time and other customers. I will return to the chain but not this location. Our military family did not appreciate the atmosphere today.
