The app doesn’t work so you can’t order ahead. Went to this location on my lunch break and was turned away because the whole team (6 people) was working on a platter order which would take 30 minutes before I could receive my meal. That is unacceptable and I will not return!

This restaurant is near a car charging station that I visit frequently and while charging my car, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times 15 minutes before closing to place an order so I could walk over and pick it up before they closed. No one answered the phone, so I walk over, still trying to call.

Hands down my favorite sandwich shop. You guys are the best. Since eating here I have actually lost my taste for the subs at other shops.The Engineer and meatball subs are absolutely amazing, and everyone in my family has their own favorite. The people who work here are always cheerful and friendly. And the best part is that a portion of their proceeds are donated to helping first responders.
